Review, Summary and Payment
Review Page
The final step of the ballot creation process is the Review Page, where all details of the newly configured ballot are presented for final verification before activation.
This page provides a complete overview, including:
- Ballot title and description
- Ballot settings and configuration details
- Number of candidates/items
- Number of voters
- Selected security mode
- Enabled notifications
- Chosen template
This summary ensures that all information has been correctly configured before continuing.
Available Actions
At the bottom-right corner of the Review Page, three action buttons are available:
1. Previous
Return to the previous steps to modify any part of the ballot.
2. Save as Draft
Save the ballot without activating it.
Draft ballots appear in the Ballot List with the Pending status and can be reopened and edited later.
3. Payment / Save and Activate
- If the ballot requires payment (more than 10 voters), the button displays “Payment” and redirects you to the secure payment page.
- If the ballot does not require payment (10 voters or fewer), the button displays “Save and Activate”, immediately activating the ballot.
After payment is completed — or after activation for free ballots — you are redirected to the Ballot List Page, where the ballot will appear with a status label.
