Ballot Reports and Results

Ballot Reports and Results

From the left-side menu, selecting Reports opens the list of all available ballot reports.
Each report displays a status label indicating its availability:

  • Ready — the report can be opened and viewed
  • Pending — the report is not yet available

The report list includes key ballot details, such as the title, opening and closing date/time, and the number of votes already cast. When a report is ready, a Results button will appear on the right side of the corresponding row.

Viewing Results

By clicking Results, you will access a results page containing a table that lists all candidates/items along with the number of votes each has received.
On the right side of every candidate/item row, a magnifying glass icon opens a detailed view of all blockchain transactions associated with that specific candidate or item.

At the top-right corner of the results page, the View All Blockchain Transactions button provides access to the full list of blockchain transactions recorded for the entire ballot.

Decrypted Transactions

In addition to blockchain transactions, the system may also display decrypted transactions.
These represent the decrypted version of each vote and allow deeper inspection of the ballot results.
Their visibility depends entirely on the configured security settings.
Depending on these settings, decrypted transactions may be fully visible, partially visible, or completely hidden.

Voter Visibility and Security

For each transaction reference, voter details may be visible depending on the configured security rules.
Reports can be made accessible to everyone or restricted to administrators only, and they can be available either during the voting period or only after the ballot has ended.

All these settings are fully customizable.
