Ballot List Overview

The Ballot List displays all previously configured ballots.
It provides a table showing each ballot’s name, opening and closing date/time, current status, and a set of available actions such as Edit, View, Results, and Delete.

Ballot Status Labels​

Once a ballot has been paid (if required) and processed, it progresses through several status labels based on its lifecycle.

Pending​

The ballot was saved as a draft
or the creator exited the setup process before activation.

Payment has been completed and is being processed.

Activating​

The ballot is being prepared for activation.
This occurs after payment for paid ballots, or immediately for free ballots.

Active​

The ballot is fully configured and ready.
It will remain in this state until its scheduled opening time.

Open​

The ballot has reached its programmed start date/time and is now accessible to voters.

Ended​

The ballot has reached its scheduled end date/time and is now closed.

Available Actions​

Each ballot in the list provides a set of contextual actions depending on its current status:

Edit​

Available when a ballot is in Pending status.
This action allows returning to the configuration flow to continue or adjust the setup.

View​

Available when a ballot is Active, Open, or Ended.
This action opens the configuration flow in read-only mode, enabling review of previously defined settings.

Results​

Available when a ballot is Ended.
This action redirects to the results page for the selected ballot.

Allows removal of eligible ballots.
