Ballot Activation and Opening
Ballot activation occurs after the ballot has been successfully saved and either activated or paid.
Once this process is completed, the Ballot List will display a status transition from Activating to Active.
During activation, all newly added voters are automatically registered. Each of them receives an email containing the credentials required to access the platform.
At the same time, the administrator who created the ballot receives an email confirming that the ballot has been successfully activated.
When the ballot reaches its scheduled opening time and becomes Open, voters receive the enrollment email.

Additionally, the ballot creator receives an email confirming that the ballot is now open.
At this point, voters can log into the platform and proceed with casting their vote.
