Notification Settings
This section outlines how to manage and customize the various notifications associated with a ballot.
The Opening notification is automatically sent at the precise moment the ballot becomes active. To enable this feature, toggle the corresponding switch located on the left-hand side of the setting.
The Closing notification is dispatched as soon as the ballot ends. When enabled, it ensures that all assigned users are informed of the ballot's conclusion.
The Reminder notification is designed to prompt users to cast their votes. Once this option is activated, two configurations become available: the notification can be sent 24 hour before the ballot closes, or it can be scheduled to be sent at a specific date and time.
The Subscription notification informs users that a ballot has been created. This notification can also be configured to be sent either immediately following the ballot’s activation or payment, or at a scheduled time.
The Not Voted Yet notification is targeted specifically at users who have not yet submitted their vote. Like other notifications, it can be triggered immediately after the opening of the ballot or scheduled for later delivery.
Each type of notification supports full content customization. By clicking "Edit Templates", a dedicated interface will appear, allowing administrators to select the type of notification they wish to personalize. The editor enables modification of the default message text, including the insertion of hyperlinks, the application of rich text formatting, and the use of bold styling for emphasis. Once the desired changes have been made, clicking "Save" will store and apply the customized content.
Administrators may select the appropriate notification type, and click "Send Template". This action will send a test message to the administrator’s email address, enabling them to preview the customized notification and assess whether further refinements are needed before final distribution.
