Invitation Email and First Log-in

If you have been added to the platform or included in a new ballot, you will receive an invitation email. This message contains:

  • the access link to the Votin platform
  • a temporary password required for your initial authentication

Clicking the access link will take you to the platform's log-in page. To complete your first log-in, enter:

  1. the email address that received the invitation
  2. the temporary password provided in the email

Then click Log In to proceed.

After your first authentication, the system will require you to create a new personal password, replacing the temporary one supplied by Votin. Once the password has been updated, you will be redirected to your personal dashboard.
